Frequently asked questions
If you’re here, chances are you’re curious, cautious, or trying to understand whether this kind of work is right for you.
These questions come up often — and they matter.
Below you’ll find clear, grounded answers to help you decide your next step with confidence.
Is this therapy or coaching?
This work is structured support that may include coaching, subconscious work, and nervous system-based approaches, depending on what’s most appropriate for you.
Some men come for clarity, direction, and accountability. Others need deeper work to address patterns that sit beneath the surface. The focus is always on what supports real, lasting change — not labels.
What if I’m not sure which service is right for me?
That’s exactly what the complimentary clarity call is for.
It’s a grounded conversation to understand where you’re at and recommend the most appropriate next step — if there is one.
No pressure. No obligation.
Is this confidential?
Yes.
All sessions, conversations, and personal information are treated with strict confidentiality.
How do I get started?
The first step is booking a complimentary clarity call.
We’ll talk through what’s been happening for you and decide whether this work is the right fit.
Do I need to be “at rock bottom” for this to help?
No.
Most men who reach out are functioning — working, providing, showing up — but feel stuck, flat, or overloaded internally. This work is about addressing things before they fall apart.
Is this all done online? Does that actually work?
Yes — all sessions are delivered privately via Zoom, and yes, it works very effectively.
Being in your own space often helps men relax more deeply and integrate the work better. You can access support Australia-wide without travel. If you are in my location I can also do in person.
What kind of men do you work with?
Men from all walks of life — trades, professionals, fathers, business owners, men navigating stress, anxiety, habits, or major life transitions.
What they have in common is a willingness to be honest and take responsibility for change.
